Price List and Car Rental Terms

The minimum car rental period is 3 days.

We bring cars in a clean condition and with a full tank of fuel, return should be in the same condition — full tank and clean. If you do not have time to clean the car, then the cost of washing will be calculated according to the price list of 500 baht.

All cars are insured with 1st class insurance.

The maximum amount you risk is equal to the deposit:

Motorbike — deposit 3000 baht or $100

Cars  — deposit 7000 baht or $200

SUV — deposit 10000 baht or $300

Mercedes, BMW  — deposit 30000 baht or $1000

In which cases can we withhold part of the deposit or the entire deposit?

  • Driving while intoxicated.
  • Smoking in the car cabin.
  • Any damage to the car due to the fault or negligence of the tenant. Example: You were backing up and didn’t see the post — scratched the bumper.
  • Any damage or non-standard situation with the car that you did not notify us about.
  • Leaving the island without prior agreement.
  • Returned the car with less fuel than was originally
  • Returned the car dirty, but received it clean (you pay for the cost of washing)
  • Departure of our employee to resolve an emergency situation. Example: Accidentally locked the car with the keys inside. Forgot to turn off the light or headlights, the battery is dead, etc.

We advise you to activate the“Full Insurance”option to minimize financial risks in the event of accident. This type of insurance allows you to exclude deductible payments in cases of accidents, damage caused by the actions of the tenant, or in the absence of a second participant at the scene of the incident. You can ask our customer service about the cost of this option.

What do you need from you to rent a car:

  • Original passport / ID
  • International driver’s license .

Car Delivery Terms:

You can order delivery of the car you have booked to your hotel.

Car delivery price:

  • Naiharn beach free of charge
  • Rawai, Kata, Karon 500 baht
  • Patong Phuket Town 600 baht
  • Kamala Bangtao 800 baht
  • Airport 1200 baht

Booking cancellation conditions:

When canceling an early booking, depending on the start date of the rental, the Tenant is obliged to pay a penalty The size of such penalties can range from 20% to 100% of the payment made for the reservation.

The withheld penalties for canceling a reservation are:

  • 20 days before the start of the rental — 20% of the paid amount;
  • 10 days before the start of the rental — 50% of the paid amount;
  • less than 5 days before the start of the rental — 100% of the paid amount.

If payment was made by transfer in rubles to a Russian card, then the refund is made at the rate of the online exchanger on the day of the refund of funds, and a commission for the transfer may also be withheld.

Early return

In the event of an early dissolution of the Lease Agreement initiated by the Lessee, a penalty equivalent to the cost of one day’s rent is imposed on the Lessee. The recalculation of the rental fee is conducted based on the approved rates for the actual rental days utilized.

In the event that the Lessee elects to dissolve the agreement one day prior to the end of the rental period, the money paid for rent is not refundable.
